At Chris Brown Homes, we believe giving back is an important part of building stronger communities. Each year, we proudly support local nonprofit organizations through the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival — a long-standing Evansville tradition that helps raise money for meaningful causes throughout the community.

By donating to community-selected nonprofit food booths, we help support local families, schools, youth programs, and charitable initiatives across Evansville and the surrounding areas. For us, it is about more than building homes — it is about investing in the community we are proud to serve.
